Our domestic cleaners visit and clean your home for a minimum of 2 hours, where you can expect high professionalism, thoroughness and attention to detail. Our standard domestic cleans typically cover different areas of your home and include dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning kitchen appliances, tidying and sanitising bathrooms and other general housekeeping jobs. We can also provide window cleaning. Every home is different, so we aim to be flexible in our domestic cleaning to suit the needs of every client.

You will need to provide your own cleaning products and equipment. This helps to prevent any allergies to your family members or pets. Using your products also ensures your home furniture and surfaces receive the proper care and don’t face risk of damage.

Yes, we conduct strict background checks on all cleaning staff at Mopheads. All our super domestic cleaners have full employee insurance and public liability insurance and guarantee proper care and the highest levels of cleanliness on every visit.

You can schedule your domestic cleaning however you like. We understand that not everyone wants someone in their home every week, while others have lifestyles that would benefit from more regular domestic cleaning services. Choose your schedule when you contact us and we’ll stick to it.

Our regular cleaning contracts need 30 days notice to cancel as per our Terms and Conditions. Spring cleans require a £50 deposit when booking, with the remaining balance payable on completion of the clean.

Yes, many of our clients receive our services from the same cleaner each time. If your regular cleaner is unavailable, we will notify you and let you know which member of our friendly team is going to clean your home.

We are happy to hold keys and complete domestic cleaning without you needing to be home, as all our staff are delivered to your door and collected at the end of the allotted time. However, we love to get to know our customers to provide a more personal service, but we also understand when to let you get on with other things with the new additional time you have.

We spend a minimum of 2 hours at every home performing our cleaning services. Our maximum visit length is 6 hours.
